We have a toll free phone number especially designed for employers, 1-877-729-6367. The options you may choose from the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system at this phone number are all related to information employers may need.
The employer IVR is available 24 hours a day and provides information on how to submit payments, how to submit payments electronically, answers to frequently asked questions for employers, and general information about the Kansas Payment Center (KPC). If you do not have a touch-tone phone and call during regular business hours, you will be transferred to a KPC Customer Service Representative. Customer Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, except state holidays.
You may also call our general toll free number at 1-877-KPC-KPCC (1-877-572-5722), but the IVR choices you hear will be related to parents’ questions and interests.
Hearing impaired callers using a TTY device should call the general toll free number (1-877-572-5722) to be connected to a Customer Service TTY phone. There will be a brief pause while the connection is being completed.
If you or your payroll service plan to mail payments to the KPC and you are unable to download the electronic version of the Employer Payment Template, you may call to have a blank, printed Employer Payment Template faxed to you. This form can be filled out with the payment information required by Kansas law. Complete and submit the form with each payment.
