will be connected to a Customer Service TTY phone; there will be a brief pause while the connection is being completed.
Customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, except state
holidays. An automated voice menu—the IVR (interactive voice response) system—is available 24 hours a day, seven days
