Thank you for visiting the Kansas Payment Center web site. We are available online 24 hours a day.

You may also call us toll free at: 1-877-KPC-KPCC (1-877-572-5722). Hearing impaired callers using a TTY device will be connected to a Customer Service TTY phone; there will be a brief pause while the connection is being completed. Customer service representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, except state holidays. An automated voice menu—the IVR (interactive voice response) system—is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Employers, click here for more information.

  • Enroll in Direct Deposit*
  • Apply for a Key2Benefits Visa Debit Card*
