Information by Phone
You can get most of the KPC information you need by phone from the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. Call toll free 1-877-KPC-KPCC (1-877-572-5722).
Hearing impaired callers using a TTY device will be connected to a Customer Service TTY phone. There will be a brief pause while the connection is being completed.
The IVR is available 24 hours a day and provides information on payments, answers to frequently asked questions, and general information about the Kansas Payment Center. If you do not have a touch-tone phone and call during regular business hours, you will be transferred to a KPC Customer Service Representative. Customer Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, except state holidays.
If you are requesting information on payments, you will need to have your social security number or your KPC PIN#. If you do not have either of these numbers, a customer service representative can assist you during normal business hours.
You may call to have KPC forms sent to you by fax or mail. To see a list of forms, click the FORMS link at the left side of the screen.

The IVR’s general information about the KPC provides answers to frequently asked questions, instructions for submitting address changes, where to send payments, and hours of operation.
All calls may be monitored and callers may randomly be asked to participate in a customer satisfaction survey to ensure we are providing quality service.
